Show us a self-powered commuting style you tried this month. Share images of your bike, scooter, favourite sneakers, or tips for getting started and walk/bike routes. WALK, CLIMB AND MOVE: RENEW YOUR ENERGY
Try something new and post photos of you getting more exercise during the day and an energy-saving benefit. For example: taking the stairs to reduce demand on elevators, or turning off your desk lights + screen to take a brief walk. This week’s challenge will be a stair-climb. BREATH DEEP AND STRETCH: POWER UP TO POWER DOWN
