To ensure that 720 King maintains standards of professional design, when designing or redesigning your office space, we require all of our tenants to follow the instructions outlined in the Tenant Design & Construction Manual. Service/Maintenance Access

In order to employ sound security procedures at 720 King West, we require all contractors and service providers to be pre-authorized. Complete the Service Work Permit and submit to the security desk to ensure admittance into the building and into your premises. Any work more extensive than your authorized ongoing service and maintenance must be approved separately – please refer to the Tenant Design & Construction Manual for regulations that will apply.

For emergency service work, please email 720security@kiplingrealty.com to arrange access for your contractor/service provider.

Booking Freight Elevator/Loading Dock

The loading dock hours are Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

A freight elevator serves the loading dock to the 6th floor.  Deliveries to tenants located on Floors 7-10 must be transferred from the freight elevator to a passenger elevator. The passenger elevators are available for deliveries from 9:30am-11:30am and 2:00pm-4:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.  Arrangements for any large deliveries including large office supply orders, furniture and/or equipment, must be made in advance, please contact jferan@kiplingrealty.com.

Multi-Stream Waste Program

Here at 720 King, we use a multi-stream recycling program. This type of program reduces contamination and helps ensure more recyclables are actually making it back into the manufacturing process to become new items instead of ending up in landfill.

Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. As per the Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 709 and adoption of By-law No.1642-2013, the regulation states that there is also no smoking permitted within 9 metres of any building entrance. Please look for the signs designating the non-smoking areas, which are posted at the front of the building, as well as the rear entrance including the loading dock and intake air grill. Please also refrain from smoking along the fence line that abuts the residences in keeping with being a good neighbour.

Tenant Services

As a 720 King Street West tenant, you have access to the following amenities:

Eservus is an online corporate concierge service that provides a variety of discounted tickets and other value-added services for the occupants of 720 King West.
If you require a login ID and password, please select “Become a Member” at the top of the page when you connect to the Eservus site.

Work_Request_Form provides access to designated tenant representatives for services such as maintenance requests, security cards, or to issue a complaint. If you are an occupant requiring one of the services listed above, please refer to the facility or office manager of your suite.

Bike Storage is available for those who ride to work, and it is located on the main floor in the corridor at the north entrance of the building. There are also shower facilities available in the main floor washrooms. A security access card is required to use these facilities, please refer to your Tenant Representative to request access.
